Yes!
All REP’s windows are visible in VR.
REP 3.4.0 introduces an experimental Virtual Reality visors support with visible Windows
in VR. Beware that the support is currently experimental (and VR for X-Plane is still in beta!) so it may not always work
as expected.
Using the simcoders/rep/vr/open_menu_command you can show a menu that supports the
Virtual Reality and lets you open the Kneeboard, the Tech Report, start the walkaround
and access to any other feature of REP.
REP features other commands that you find in the Settings → Keyboard section of
X-Plane and let you access all the features of the package using your VR controllers.
